Study On Rural Land Transfer System In Yu Hang District,Hang Zhou City,Zhe Jiang Province

2018,the No.1 central emphasis on rural revitalization strategy,implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,insist on the party tube rural work,adhere to the priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the farmer main body status,adhere to the comprehensive revitalization of the rural,urban and rural integration development,adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,adjust measures to local conditions,step by step.We will consolidate and improve the basic rural management system,maintain stable and permanent land contract relations,and extend the second round of land contracts for another 30 years.At that time,it was an era of industrial agglomeration and industrial upgrading.With the support of technology,China’s agriculture is rapidly transforming into modern agriculture.The rural labor force has gradually shifted from the primary industry to the secondary and tertiary industries,and the ratio of agricultural income to the total rural income has also shown a downward trend year after year.Moreover,from 2004 to 2010,the central government issued seven consecutive years of The Red Heading Paper No.1 all regards the issue of “Agriculture,Rural Areas,and Farmers” as the focus of the discussion list.Rural land transfer,as an important part of the process of promoting urbanization and modern agriculture,brings many benefits.First,it can optimize the allocation of resources for rural land;Second,realize modern agriculture;Third,the willingness of rural residents to participate in land circulation.It plays a positive role in the construction of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In view of this,this research paper studies the rural land transfer system in Yuhang District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province.First of all,firstly introduce the current status of land circulation in China and related research at home and abroad;then introduce the theoretical basis of rural land transfer system,and detail the relationship between land transfer methods,rural development and agricultural development.Of the land transfer in Yuhang District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,to study the current status of land transfer,including the status quo of the system’s publicity,implementation and innovation,and to farmers in different income groups and in different regions of Yuhang District.Analysis of the willingness to transfer,then build an empirical model to influence the land circulation will in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang Province,and analyze the factors that affect the land circulation in Yuhang district;Fourth,summarize the problems that hinder the implementation of land transfer in Yuhang District of Zhejiang Province;Finally,put forward measures to improve the rural land transfer system in Yuhang District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,and believe that the land circulation will be improved through inheritance and improvement.The advantages of the system,improving the effectiveness of publicity,optimizing the allocation of talents,strengthening the control of funds,and promoting cooperation between agricultural enterprises will bring positive effects to land circulation and rural modernization.
