Case to housing products patch in group Li of glue overflow problems of poor, according to the company’s quality policy, in accordance with the expected benefits, production time, customer level, technical difficulty, promotion of such factors, with a Six Sigma project improvement model based on DMAIC management tools and techniques to improve the quality, make the yield of the process from 67.11% to97.08%, save 1031 million RMB per year for the company, and in combination with the promotion of five to six District, to avoid the occurrence of the same type of problem.
