A Statistical Analysis Of The Scientific And Technological Innovation Capability And Efficiency In Hubei

The socio-economic development model has undergone changes.Scientific and technological innovation has played an important role in the development of social economy and has significantly promoted regional development.The economic development of Hubei Province is relatively rapid.However,its technological innovation strength is incompatible with the level of economic development.In order to achieve the leap-forward development of Hubei Province,it is necessary to innovate the level of science and technology.Therefore,by assessing the efficiency and capability of science and technology innovation in Hubei Province,it can provide a certain reference for the formulation of regional innovation policies,which in turn will enable Hubei Province's scientific and technological innovation capabilities to be significantly improved.This has important practical significance.Focusing on scientific and technological innovation,the author reviews and summarizes the relevant theories and research progress in this article.Second,it constructs an evaluation index system for scientific and technological innovation capabilities from three perspectives: innovation input,innovation output,and innovation environment,and then uses factor analysis.The method fully analyzed the ability of scientific and technological innovation in Hubei Province;once again,the overall situation of the input and output of scientific and technological innovation in Hubei Province was analyzed.Based on the DEA model,the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in Hubei Province was evaluated.According to the existing research,Hubei's scientific and technological innovation strength is at the mid-to-upper level in the country.However,from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation,it has relatively little research funding,and the corresponding talent team needs further improvement and optimization.Infrastructure also needs improvement.Finally,introducing the research results of this paper,aiming at the efficiency and capability of Hubei's scientific and technological innovation,the author has formulated corresponding improvement measures from the aspects of talent team,funding channels,results transformation,and environmental optimization.
