In recent years, State-owned commercial bank in China with its advantage of itsstrong assets and many outlets, have made some achievements in the competition fromother banks. But compared to the foreign banks and the joint-stock commercial banks,State-owned commercial bank’s human resources management, especially the employeeperformance evaluation system, is relatively backward. The backward performanceevaluation system cannot arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, and cannot fully exploit thepotential of employees, so it will lose the incentive effect. Therefore, to improveemployee performance evaluation system has important significance to State-ownedcommercial banks.The research object of this paper is State-owned commercial bank-C Bank as anexample, Analysis the problem of staff performance appraisal in State-ownedcommercial bank. The author combines the current situation of employee performanceevaluation of this bank, Designed the scheme of the performance evaluation ofState-owned commercial banks. Including the performance evaluation index, evaluationon the implementation of security measures, and improved the performance evaluationof key and so on. Finally, draw conclusions and outlook studies.This thesis can divided into six parts: the first part is introduction, mainlyintroduces the research background and significance of this paper, the method of thewriting, the emphasis and innovation; The second part is the review of the literaturewhich introduces the research status at home and abroad; And introduces the basicconcept of performance evaluation, Include the definition and methods of performanceevaluation; The third part discusses the present situation and problems of the currentperformance appraisal system of State-owned commercial bank-C-bank, and analyzethe reason for problem of the current State-owned commercial bank; The fourth partreviews the scheme evaluation of performance evaluation program of domestic andforeign commercial bank, provide a reference for the staff performance appraisal systemof C bank; The fifth part is design the scheme of the performance evaluation ofState-owned commercial banks.. Including the construction of performance evaluationindex, evaluation on the implementation of security measures, and improved theperformance evaluation of key and so on. The sixth part is the conclusions andoutlook studies of this study.
