Modern petro-chemical industry is becoming increasingly with more scale centralized,equipment large-scaled,continuous control and highly-automation as well as atmospheric tanks,which are applied in storage of oils and hazardous chemicals etc.,become large-scale.Meanwhile,with the national security and environmental protection requirements of the upgrade,it also requires enterprises to pay more attention to the safety management of storage tanks.The paper takes the atmospheric tank integrity management system construction of Fuel Oil Ltd.On the investigation of present condition of the oil reservoir management in China,introduces the domestic and foreign equipment integrity management history and the method;Analysis of oil in the fuel to atmospheric storage tank farm management,demonstrates the implementation of atmospheric tank integrity management to improve the storage tank farm safety levels,reduce operating costs;According to the risk assessment,reliability analysis,and suitable for the use of the principle,to determine the integrity evaluation indexes,combining the RBI,RCM,SIL,FFS key technologies,such as tank integrity management solutions;With oil and fuel oil in the tank farm to establish integrity management system construction as the actual case,summarizes the experience and problems of atmospheric pressure tank integrity management.Through the research about the integrity management system construction and implementation,we can conclude: integrity management system can improve the level of enterprise equipment management and production management,reduce risks and costs;Complete six links in the integrity of management,which cannot be short,need to fully implement,the key problems of technical solutions such as the RBI,RCM,SIL and FFS technology;Integrity management is a dynamic,continuous improvement,and constantly improve the process,it is necessary to establish scientific performance evaluation indicators and insist for a long time to performance evaluation,perfect and improve the system of the short board and weaknesses;Based on integrity management organization structure adjustment of organization should be difficult,as the integrity of the atmospheric tank management should be in combination with the existing equipment management system at present.In gradually transition to set up special organizations;Atmospheric tank integrity management uses some international standards,in our country,it's lack of a series of national and industrial technical standard,which is need to gradually perfect in practice.
