| The rapid development of China's economy and urbanization process,along with the urban rail transit industry has generated a large demand of rail vehicles.The waste of resources often occur during the R&D project in rail transportation vehicles manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad because of the lack of risk prevention and control,which always leads to economic loss.Currently,looking from the existing literature material,research on risk management of R&D projects for urban rail transit relatively are also few,but corresponding to diverse risk factors recognized during the R&D project.Therefore,it's necessary to study the risk assessment mechanism in this project and put forward appropriate measures to control and lower the risks and provide a solid guarantee to achieve the project goals.In this paper,aiming the risk that existed in the R&D projects and applying the project risk management theory,the R&D project of urban rail transit projects Model A in Company D,is regarded as the research object.Firstly,12 categories containing 38 risk factors risk factors that may happened in this project are screened and identified by means of expert questionnaire and consulting.Next,subjective assessment approach and Probability-Influence Matrix analysis are used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the project risk factors in order to determine and rank the weight,probability and impact of each risk factor,based on which,8 categories containing 18 risk factors are listed,such as technology risk,personnel risk,management risk and schedule risk.As a result,effective risk prevention and control suggestion and measures will be developed to increase the successful rate for the R&D projects in Company D,which will lead to the growth of its core competence,also lay the foundation to realize the sustainable strategic development for Company D.This study also has certain reference value to risk control in other equipment manufacturing enterprise. |
