A Study On The Implementation Of The Multibody Support For The Precision Poverty Alleviation In China’s Rural Areas

Since the party’s 18 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has focused on building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,vigorously carrying out accurate poverty alleviation work,and promoting poverty-stricken areas and poverty-stricken people to speed up poverty reduction and enter the well-to-do society as soon as possible.The 19 th National Party Congress made a corresponding summary of poverty alleviation work in the past five years and put forward relevant requirements.It also pointed out that poverty alleviation is not only the responsibility of the state,but also the social responsibility,and it is also the responsibility of each of us.At present,China ’ s poverty alleviation and development work is carried out for poverty-stricken people.It requires a lot of manpower,material resources,and financial resources.It requires not only the strong support of the central and local governments,but also the extensive participation of social forces and the exertion of the farmers’ own subjective initiative.Multi-agent assistance.Accurate poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results so far,and a great deal of achievements have been made.However,in the process of poverty alleviation,problems still exist.In particular,the helpers are oversimplified,and many poverty-stricken people will hope to place too much trust in the government or society.Some poverty-stricken areas have poor results in poverty alleviation.Accurate poverty alleviation in China is the common responsibility of the whole party and the whole society.This is the idea of poverty alleviation work and it is also an ideal model for the cure of poverty.Accurate poverty alleviation in practice,there will inevitably be large and small contradictions,must be explored in advance,practice in exploration,summed up in practice,in order to better promote the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,thus promoting the healthy and stable development of society.Based on this,this paper takes “Research on the Implementation of Multi-subject Helping Poverty Alleviation in Rural China” as the research theme.Firstly,it gives an account of the research background and significance,domestic and international research situation,research ideas and methods,as well as the theoretical and logical premise of this paper;It mainly introduces the basic situations of the implementation of multi-subject support for precision poverty alleviation in rural areas,including historical evolution,main practices,and achievements;Second,it uses philosophical analysis methods that should be used to guide the rural poverty alleviation government and social forces in China.An in-depth analysis of farmers’ self-hematopoiesis was conducted,and differences were found to find out the achievements and problems,and analyze the causes of the problems.Third,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving precision poverty alleviation work were further proposed,namely,to actively strengthen the process of precision poverty alleviation.The “government guidance”,“social power participation”,and “peasant self-blood production” implemented by the main body of assistance are the final conclusions and prospects of this article.Therefore,from the perspective of multi-subject support,this paper mainly uses philosophical analysis methods that should be used to explore the implementation of precision poverty alleviation from the perspective of the government,society,and farmers,and summarizes the achievements and existing problems.Analyze the causes of the problem and propose constructive countermeasures to build a pattern of large-scale poverty alleviation coordinated by the government,society,and farmers themselves.This has important theoretical and practical significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
