Evaluation Research On Maturity Of A Certain X Radar Development Project Of Huahang Company

Project management is the main management mode that enterprises and public institutions undertake the tasks of development.Through 30 years of development,Huahang Company inherits the previous successful industry management modes and constantly makes improvement and breakthrough in ability of model project management under the major model tasks.As the model development and production tasks gradually increase,and the enterprise transforms,upgrades,and faces gradually fierce market competition environment,however,the original management modes have not adapted to the competitive environment.Thus,the demand for high maturity of project management has become increasingly urgent.To develop the project management maturity model that conforms to the actual positioning of the company can provide the company with the way and method which suit the evaluation and continuous improvement of its scientific research project management ability,propose and urge the implementation of specific improvement measures through accurate positioning of management weak links,and finally improve project management methods,exercise the project teams,promote the overall management ability of the enterprise,and form the core competitive ability.The paper studies and analyzes the basic theory and model building methods of project management maturity,and introduces its development status at home and abroad.By combining with the present situation and characteristics of development project management in aerospace industry enterprises and public institutions,the paper identifies the concept of project management maturity applicable to Huhang Company,proposes the influencing factors of project management maturity model evaluation system,and constructs the evaluation model of model project management maturity.With X radar development task that Huhang Company undertakes as the specific case,the research results are applied.Besides,project maturity evaluation is carried on the X radar development,and some improvement measures are presented according to the evaluation results.The research proves that project management maturity evaluation of Huhang Company is the reliable basis by which it constantly improves ablity of specific development project management and strengthens the present situation of project management.Moreover,the application of tools such as analytic hierarchy process can quantify the weight distribution of evaluation model.The project maturity evaluation and analsis of the specific evaluation results are of great significance to really measuring project management level,exposing problems in project management process control,proposing management improvement direction and enhancing project management skills.
