| With the domestic real estate market booming,there are new residential areas everywhere.The growing scale and rising prices,however,the negative publicity of housing quality has become a hot social topic.As a real estate development company,to ensure the quality and safety of housing is the moral duty and inescapable citizenship responsibility.With the improvement of the living standards and conditions,people is not only satisfied to live,but also requiring high housing quality.Along with intensifying competition in the real estate market,firms should meet the customers' current pursuits of the hosing quality and continuously improve it,in order to increase competitiveness of their products.Based on the quality theory in prior literature,this paper intends to the following aspct.Firstly,describe and analyze the status of the project quality,and raise the existing problems and deficiencies.Secondly,using Pareto charts,fishbone diagrams quality management tools to determine the factors that cause the problems,identify key points of the project quality management.Thirdly,based on the available resources of the project,propose feasible improvement measures and methods,including refining the assessment indicators of quality objectives,reasonably selecting suppliers for construction and materials,enhancing the quality stakeholder management,instilling the quality culture to partners,establishing a extraction efficiency model for the standardized schedule,and applying new technology for precast elements,etc.Lastly,give a conclusion based on the effectiveness of quality of project implementation.This paper combined the theory and practice,which continuously improve the quality of the project and receive the exceed expectations of customer satisfaction.In addition,it provides references for the quality managements of the company's other similar projects. |
