Research On Low-rent Housing Policy Executing In Shanghai

In recent years,urban housing prices in China have skyrocketed,leaving many difficult groups unable to afford and unable to afford housing.Their housing problems are becoming more and more serious,and the housing demand cannot be satisfied.As an important means for the government to solve the housing problem of the difficult group,low-rent housing has an important role in alleviating the housing problem.Shanghai,as the first city in China to establish a low-rent housing system,started early and developed quickly,which has made great achievements.However,with the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand of people,the low-rent housing in Shanghai needs to adapt to the economic development and constantly improve and develop to meet the needs of people.In view of this,it is necessary to improve Shanghai's low-rent housing policy at the present stage and find out its existing problems and solve them reasonably.This article is divided into six parts altogether,the first chapter introduction in this paper,the purpose of topics,including its practical significance and theory significance,the current domestic and foreign research achievements for the low-rent housing and expounded in this paper,the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter introduces the relevant concepts of low-rent housing,elaborates the theoretical basis of this paper,including demand theory,market failure theory,government intervention theory and fair efficiency theory.The third chapter introduces the relevant contents of Shanghai low-rent housing,including its access conditions,application procedures,guarantee standards and some cases of follow-up management,so as to understand the current policy situation.Chapter four is about the achievements of the development of low-rent housing in Shanghai.At the same time,determine the research plan,design the questionnaire and interview content,conduct the investigation,and organize the collected data,so as to follow up the research.Chapter five analyzes the existing problems and causes of low-rent housing in Shanghai.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and measures based on the reasons of the problem,so as to provide Suggestions and Suggestions for the development of low-rent housing in Shanghai.
