Study On New Urbanization Construction In Hinggan League Region

With China's entering into a historical period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the development of urbanization has also entered an overall transformation period from scale expansion to quality enhancement,the historical leap from quantitative urbanization to quality-oriented urbanization,which requires us to take a road of new urbanization.On March 16,2014,National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)was issued,which highlighted the importance of the new urbanization strategy from the national strategic level.New urbanization is based on and stick to the basic principles of people-oriented,Four modernizations synchronization,optimized layout,ecological civilization,cultural inheritance,market-oriented and overall planning.People will be the subject and core of urbanization.As a territory of nationality,the task of new urbanization construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is even more arduous;while Hinggan League Region,as a typical eastern league city inInner Mongolia,attaches great importance to the construction of urbanization under the call of the government of China and the government of Inner Mongolia.The smooth progress of urbanization in Hinggan League Region not only affects the improvement of people's livelihood and urban-rural integration development,but also the only way to speed up the modernization process of ethnic areas and achieve sound and rapid economic growth.Hinggan League is a complex region,the road of urbanization in pastoral area,farming-pastoral region and rural areas cannot adopt the same mode,and it is necessary to pursue the characteristics of Hinggan League in urbanization.Based on the guidance of Marxism urbanization,the paper combines urbanization theory with the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics on the basis of referring to relevant western classical theories,including the regional coordinated development theory,the concept of “coordinated development of new industrialization,urbanization,informationization,agricultural modernization,and greenization”,and rural revitalization,etc.This paper combines theory with practice and adopts literature analysis method,comparative inductive method and empirical analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of urbanization development in Hinggan League area.It is believed that the development of urbanization in Hinggan League area should adhere to the principle of not following the crowd,not adopting a unified model,but adjusting measures to local conditions,and acting according to the ability.The stabilization of economic base,the transformation of industrial development,the construction of small towns with characteristics,the development of human beings and the coordinated development of regions in urbanization are particularly important.Of course,the construction of urbanization is a long-term and complex process,and the construction of urbanization is an arduous task and has a long way to go.
