| In order to further deepen the reconstruction of village in Foshan City,the author of "research" the comprehensive management of village in the city of Guangdong city of Foshan Province as the topic,Guangdong city in Foshan Province,the village governance problems to conduct field research,summarize the typical successful experience,hope to provide reference for comprehensive treatment of our country the "village in the city".The main contents include: one is the basis of reading a lot of literature in reference,elaborated the related concept of "urban village" and comprehensive governance and its formation mechanism;two is through on-the-spot investigation of Foshan city community comprehensive management after the success of the new research and the current overall situation of "village in city" in Foshan City,analysis of Foshan "village in city" in the present situation and the formation of special reasons;the three is a summary of proposed "public transition,city transition,modernization and market transition" "urban village" in Foshan city management comprehensive management mode.The four is based on the existing Guangdong Province,especially Foshan City,"three old" in the process of reform of the successful experience of refined village in Foshan city comprehensive management in the process of advanced practice,namely,planning in advance,scientific guidance;to improve the public service system,improve the quality of living environment;coordination of stakeholders,to help the people three hand.Further analysis revealed that the "village in town" in Foshan was large in number and widely distributed,and it was suitable for "in situ transformation" mode.Finally,the index of comprehensive management from many aspects of population,land,public service system,the economic structure of "urban village" in Foshan city were discussed,to provide reference for the follow-up to the comprehensive management of the "urban village". |
