Under the macro background of innovation to drive the core strategy,The guangdong economic society stepped into the era of knowledge economy,in the era of knowledge economy,knowledge workers will become important production resource,important historical stage of economic transformation in guangdong,the research of small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge staff motivation will help to stimulate the knowledge workers work enthusiasm,improve the efficiency of production factors,enhance the competitive advantage of small and medium-sized enterprises in market economy,to promote guangdong's economic and social transformation.Based on the small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)in guangdong personality characteristics of the knowledge-type employees,analyses the deep reason of conflict,and perfect the knowledge staff's incentive mechanism for guangdong small and medium-sized enterprises(smes).Paper first analyzes the background and significance of topics,on this basis,the detailed reviews the current status of domestic and foreign research on incentive mechanism,further put forward on the basis of questionnaire,incentive theory and empirical studies,the combination of improved by guangdong small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge staff's incentive mechanism research strategy.Secondly,the paper for small and medium-sized enterprises,knowledge workers,motivation and incentive mechanism has carried on the induction and analysis of related theories,for the problems and cause analysis and strategy suggestion make full preparation.Again,based on based on the survey data analysis,this paper points out that the compensation is not in place,the performance evaluation system is not complete,not on the actual demand of the knowledge staff of in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the present stage small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge staff incentive mechanism.Finally,the paper from the reform of salary system,design of elastic welfare,improve career planning system,to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,improve the performance management system,etc.,the call for a full investigation and design again,so as to establish a set of system comprehensive incentive mechanism,give full play to the guangdong small and medium-sized enterprise internal driving force of the knowledge-type employees,better service in the vision of the enterprise.
