Since the country implemented the reform and opening-up policy in the 1980 s,the national economy has developed rapidly,and small and medium-sized family enterprises in China have made rapid progress in the east wind of reform.They have not only provided more employment opportunities for the society,but also provided sufficient impetus for the development of China's national economy.At the same time,our country pays more and more attention to education,and it has become the consensus of the whole society to obtain higher education,and the proportion of people with higher education in the labor force is also increasing.More and more new generation employees are gradually changing from relying on physical labor to relying on intellectual labor.Due to the lack of incentive measures in salary management,manpower management,education and training in small and medium family enterprises,the brain drain is serious,which has brought great pressure to the development of small and medium family enterprises in China and also brought huge difficulties to the management of enterprises.Small and medium-sized family enterprises,such as innovative incentive and restraint mechanisms,how to better gather talents has become the biggest problem facing these enterprises at present.If small and medium-sized family enterprises can improve the incentive mechanism for the new generation of knowledge workers,it will help small and medium-sized family enterprises to improve the efficiency of human resources use,reduce enterprise costs and improve production efficiency,while contributing to the long-term healthy and stable development of the economy and also providing more and better jobs for the society.Based on the classic incentive theory,this paper combs the relevant incentive literature of the new generation of knowledge workers from both domestic and international aspects.By selecting some representative small and medium-sized family enterprises in H city to issue questionnaires,and combining with the investigation and interview in the enterprises,it analyzes in detail the problems existing in the current small and medium-sized family enterprises in motivating the new generation of knowledge workers.From the aspects of salary and welfare,management environment,career planning,staff training and corporate culture,thispaper puts forward the problem of improving the motivation of the new generation of knowledge workers in small and medium-sized family enterprises.The study believes that small and medium-sized family enterprises should pay attention to human resource management and improve the incentive mechanism for the new generation of knowledge workers,fully tap the potential of the new generation of knowledge workers,enhance their enthusiasm and initiative,and improve their work efficiency through appropriate measures such as raising wages,improving welfare forms,increasing management authorization,paying attention to staff training,building enterprise culture,and providing career planning,so as to comprehensively promote the stable,healthy and sustainable development of small and medium-sized family enterprises in H city.
