Collaborative Innovation System Construction Of LS Group

In recent years,the growth pattern of the type of "L" becomes the new normal of domestic economy.China's economy is focused on supply-side structural reform and the workable measures of state-owned enterprise.Technological innovation and mechanism innovation are the main means of stable growth and structural adjustment.To LS group,the on-going slow-down of equipment manufacturing industry leads to the reduction of demands.Therefore,every of subsidiaries for LS group is eager to have short-speed projects and products that deliver significant economic benefits.On the other hand,the projects and products that will open up new markets and expand new business are expected.So collaborative innovation of industry and research will be a powerful tool for maintain the steady development of enterprises.Based on the above research background,the concept about the collaborative innovation of industry and research,and the triple helix collaborative innovation theory and the practice of the collaborative innovation of industry and research at home and abroad were elaborated in this study.Secondly,the current situation of synergetic innovation and the environment of collaborative innovation of LS group were analyzed.Also,the company-dominated collaborative innovation model,the PEST innovation situation,the advantages and disadvantages,and the application conditions of the forms of cooperation were studied.The problems in the collaborative innovation of industry and research of LS group were found and its causes were discovered and analyzed.Thirdly,the collaborative innovation system of industry and research of LS group was constructed on the basis of relevant theories,related practices and the collaborative of industry and research of LS group.According to the concept of "enterprise first,co construction second",a seven dimensions research cooperative innovation optimization system was constructed suitable for the current development level of LS group.At the same time,the general idea and steps of building the system were presented,designing the collaborative innovation model of "strategic collaboration-organizational collaboration-knowledge collaboration",building an innovation platform,improving the innovation mechanism and establishing an innovation evaluation system.Finally,a series supporting measures for the collaborative innovation system were proposed such as Establishment of organizational structure,optimization of institutional mechanisms,implementation of management innovation,strengthening of external collaboration,greening and innovation environment,etc.,which can promote the construction of the collaborative innovation of industry and research of LS group.The study provides references for the collaborative innovation of industry university research of LS group.The research will be contributed to collaborative innovation and the construction of innovative enterprises for LS group via innovation of science and technology drives system innovation,and mechanism innovation stimulates innovation vitality.The strategy of "speeding up structural reform,proving production efficiency,promoting total factor productivity" will become a new growth path,and it is significant to realize the well-off innovation and development of the whole group.
