With the rapid development of economy,the world economy has became a global complex which has brought challenges and opportunities to the muti-polarization development of Chinese construction enterprises.Private construction enterprises is increasingly important in the market,and has entered a new stage of development.Shengshi Company as a private construction enterprises for more than 10 years,continues to absorb and cultivate new talents,and hope to constantly improve their competitiveness.However,the current human resources management has been the shortcomings of sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,how to optimize a human resources management system is a critical problem that should be solved quickly.At first this article elaborates the research background and research significance;sets forth research contents and methods;through the relevant theories reviews,summarizes the related theories of human resources management?the characteristics of the construction enterprise human resources and the features of management,etc.Next,make a complete survey about the status quot of the resources management in Shengshi by adopting the method of questionnaire and deep interview in order to find out what the problem is in the resources management.Thus,found that the company did not have a perfect human resources management system;the staff are inefficient in working;the compensation management system is not clear;there is no system of training management and an over reliance on the artificial management.So that the development of the company will be constrained.Finally,this paper puts forward the goal of enhancing core competence and adhering to the principles of people-oriented and local conditions to offered several proposals for the company's human resources management system,including human resources planning,recruitment,hiring,employee training,performance appraisal,compensation management and labor relations management and so on six aspects.
