Railway is an important basic industry for national economy,increase railway transport capacity,improve the effective supply of public services,is necessary to realize the reality of railway reform and development,and to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and to meet the long-term demands of transportation demand for continuous growth.Human resources is the primary resource of enterprises,human resource allocation is an important part of railway enterprise management,in the face of new stage of economic development and the new stage of railway reform,in the current and future a period of facing the new situation,tasks and challenges.Since 2007,"4.18" has sped up the first train speed of 200 kilometers per hour,just ten years,the construction of high-speed railway in NanChang railway bureau has made rapid progress,hangshen,hukun,hefu,wujiu and others high-speed railway has been put into operation.Several high-speed railway lines,including changgan,ganshen and fuxia,are under construction.A large number of new technology,new equipment,new processes and new materials have been put into,this puts forward new requirements for the maintenance of railway signal facilities,but the existing human resource allocation still has many places which are not compatible with railway development.This paper is based on the theory of modern human resource allocation field,integrated application human post relationship configuration,post flow configuration and post mobile configuration,etc,taking nanchang railway bureau as the research object,study on the configuration of high speed railway signals in the railway bureau.Firstly,this paper elaborates on the concept theory of human resource allocation and the current research status at home and abroad.Secondly in the thorough analysis of nanchang railway administration of high speed railway signal professional human resource configuration,on the basis of present situation,the demand and influence factors,from the aspects such as the quantity and quality of the manpower resource of exploration based on the dynamic optimization matching of high speed railway signal professional human resource configuration model.The goal is to realize the staffing requirements of the personnel to meet the requirements of production,the personnel quality of the equipment meets the requirements of the post,and the configuration process is dynamic and appropriate.The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the human resource allocation of high-speed railway signals in NanChang railway bureau,to improve labor productivity and increase the profit of the enterprise,play a positive meaning.
