With the continuous development of the market,only the continuous reform,open up a wider range of marketing channels,in order to ensure a firm foothold in the competition.The optimization and improvement of the marketing channel,the problem that the SD telecom company is facing now,needs to provide the qualified product in a suitable and fast way.In combination with the present situation of SD telecom company,the company existing four kinds of marketing channels: detail of its own marketing channels,direct marketing channels,social marketing channels,electronic marketing channel four modes.Then using the questionnaire survey method to evaluate the current situation of the marketing channels of SD telecom company,we found that the respondents were satisfied with the overall marketing channels.Through the survey found that the current marketing channels in the main problems: there is a certain blindness in the channel selection,channel conflict,channel support is not enough,lack of channel innovation and other issues.In view of the existing marketing channel construction of SD telecom company,first determine the optimization ideas and principles of marketing channels,and then the SD telecom company facing the marketing environment is analyzed the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and then from the optimization measures four marketing channels for the channel.Finally,according to the characteristics of SD telecom company,from the values of unity,organizational training,performance management to establish a safeguard measures.
