Research On The Synergetic Development Between Economy And Society

Nowadays,China's fast-growing economy results in the conflict between economic development and social development.This paper introduced synergetics into the field of synergetic development of economy and society,and built the synergy degree evaluation model and coevolution model for synergetic development of economy and society,which analyzed the synergetic development relationship between economy and society.In the end,this paper took Qingdao for an example,analyzing its synergy degree and coevolution results,and proposed suggestions helpful for synergetic development of economy and society of Qingdao.Following previous scholars modeling thinking,this paper divided the system of economy and society into three subsystems,i.e.economy subsystem,society subsystem and resources and environment subsystem.After analyzed their interactive relationship,this paper found that their interactive relationship was a kind of competition and cooperation relationship.Therefore,the coordination for the three subsystems was critical for the synergetic development of economy and society.Then,the evaluation indicator system was built on the principles of systematicness,practicability and availability of data.Secondly,this paper applied TOPSIS method and grey correlation method to improve the distance synergy model in its computational process,and alleviated the problem that the synergy degrees of subsystems couldn't be compared because distance synergy model calculated the synergy degrees only using the weighted average of dimensionless values of all indicators and improved the reliability of distance synergy model which used to be limited by hypothesis' s defect.Meanwhile,this paper made use of logistic growth model to broaden the static synergy degree evaluation model to a dynamic coevolution model for synergetic development of economy and society,and five equilibrium points were found with their stability analysis results using Jacobian determinant method.In the end,this paper took Qingdao for an example,and evaluated its synergy degree using its statistical data from the year 2006 to the year 2014.On the basis of the synergy degree,the coevolution model was performed and found that the improvement of the resources and environment subsystem was the key to improve the synergy degree of Qingdao.In the meantime,this paper proposed suggestions helpful for synergetic development of economy and society of Qingdao,including industrial transformation,improving the environmental management and supervision mechanism,and improvithe policy system of resource and environmental protection.
