Schedule Control Analysis Of ZY Company A Resettlement Housing Project

As one of the policy measures,the affordable housing construction is an important livelihood project of the government.With the rapid development of urban construction in China,more resettlement housing projects should be constructed to meet the demands of the relocated households and to further maintain social stability.Different from general construction projects,resettlement housing projects are important issues,which are related to the livelihood of people.However,current pace of resettlement housing construction is seriously lagging behind so that the housing can not meet the needs of resettlement.And also the project schedule management is unscientific and unreasonable.Taking A Resettlement Housing Project of ZY Company as the object of this study,according to the construction stage of the resettlement housing project,A Resettlement Housing Project was divided into four stages including the project demonstration stage,the program stage,the construction stage and the completion acceptance stage.Based on these stages,A Resettlement Project schedule plan was developed.At the same time,this paper analyzed that the schedule of this project was affected by many factors,such as the owners,supervision,construction units,government,force majeure,etc.In order to ensure the achievement of the schedule goal,all staff must participate in the whole process of schedule control.On the other hand,in order to maximize the profits of ZY Company,the schedule of A Resettlement Housing Project was optimized.After this optimization,the time limit for the project was shortened,and also the cost was increased,which meant that the risk level had gone up.Thus,in order to ensure A Resettlement Project successfully completed,ZY Company must fully play the role of the project manager department,actively mobilize the project staff to participate in the progress control,and constantly improve the organization system construction.Meanwhile,plan management work should not be ignored,and the techniques personnel,equipment and other aspects must be provided.
