In the social background of the sustained development of economy and science and technology in our country,market competition has intensified the competition among enterprises.Under these circumstances,human resources as the core competitiveness of enterprises play a pivotal role in the competition and development of modern enterprises.The enterprise has become an important group of enterprise personnel management measures to carry out career planning and management within the company.The enterprise carries on the career management to the employee,not only helps to enhance the employee’s own ability,attracts and retains the outstanding talents and the technology,realizes the human resources optimizes the allocation,the human ability,the talent makes its use.At the same time,it also helps to enhance the core competitive advantages of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Z Company is a wholly state-owned company funded by the Administrative Committee of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area.It is specifically responsible for the operation and management of Zhengzhou Park for the 11 th China(Zhengzhou)Garden Expo.With the closing of the Expo,there have been problems in the construction of the staff of Z Company: employees ’enthusiasm,work efficiency,lack of platform for career development,and instability of the people’s hearts and minds have continued to appear.These problems have seriously affected the normal development of Z Company.Therefore,in Z Company,a career management system is established to carry out career planning and management of employees,improve employee negative emotions,improve work efficiency,stimulate work potential,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and enable enterprises to achieve sustained and healthy development in fierce market competition.It’s imperative.This article mainly uses the form of questionnaire to investigate the current situation of career management of Z employees,and through the analysis of the data obtained by the questionnaire,discusses the key factors that affect employee satisfaction and cause brain drain,and analyzes the existing problems in the career management of Z employees.Based on the theory of career planning and management,this paper analyzes the career development and planning,vocational training and other aspects related to career management,and puts forward suggestions and plans for improving and optimizing the career management of Z employees.The research results not only have realistic significance for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and realizing the sustainable development of enterprises,but also have certain reference value and reference meaning for related enterprises to implement career management.
