With the rapid development of China's securities industry in recent years,more than 6000 securities business departments have been set up by 129 securities companies nationwide,which play a major role in the development of the securities industry.In these business departments,financial managers are the main force of marketing.Therefore,it is the future development trend to study the financial manager in depth.It will play a major role in the securities companies and even the securities industry.As a core employee of a securities company,financial managers are responsible for developing new customers and maintaining regular customers for securities companies,so they have a large number of core customers and core resources.Therefore,understanding the occupational well-being of the team helps to understand the psychological state of the employees in the securities companies.According to this mental state,securities companies can optimize the allocation of human resources and mobilize the enthusiasm of financial managers better.This paper selects Hangzhou CAITONG securities business department managers as the research sample,the financial manager of the incumbent,and found that the existence of the problem,the research conclusion of the entire securities industry financial manager plays an instructive role.From the current literature,there are not many researches on financial managers in securities companies in academic circles.The content of the research is only in the superficial research of financial manager's system and marketing strategy.The research on the professional happiness of the financial managers in the securities industry has not yet been discussed.The purpose of this study is a valuable advice for the construction and development of securities companies financial manager team,two is for the securities companies to provide reference in the development and study of financial manager management provisions,the three is the quality of life to pay close attention to financial manager of this group,to promote the securities company for this group of human occupation care.This study can be divided into three parts: first,the collation and summary of literatures about occupation happiness at home and abroad in psychology,understand the occupation happiness,well-being of the clear definition of occupation,understand the relevant concept of current occupation happiness,the classification of various factors occupation happiness and conditions,to provide theoretical support for Study on the back of occupation happiness;secondly,revise and supplement the questionnaire according to the mature current academic measurement in the occupation of happiness,made for the study of the occupation happiness questionnaire,and the questionnaire validity analysis,reliability analysis and project analysis.Finally,using the factor analysis method,the correlation of the recovery of the questionnaire data,and regression analysis,to explore and clear compensation,working environment,self consciousness and eight dimensions for the relationship between financial manager occupation happiness;finally,according to the data analysis results,put forward how to improve the financial well-being of the occupation manager suggested,including two suggestions a,first,company level improved,including: the salary system reform,perfect promotion system,the establishment of the system of the contents of personnel training;second,the financial manager of the improvements,including: the establishment of cognitive system,improve the learning system,spiritual considerations etc.
