Dongfeng South is a main engine plant funded by the car sales service enterprises,in recent years,the company faces a number of external industry changes in the purchase of cars,new car sales growth slowed down,customer bargaining power and post-service market growth potential,and has an urgent need in the new situation to clarify the company’s development strategy for the future transformation and development direction and path.This research first reviews and summarizes the typical development strategy theory,and lays the theoretical foundation for the development strategy of Dongfeng South Company.Secondly,this study analyzes the internal and external environment of Dongfeng South Company,The external macro environment and industry environment of Dongfeng South Company and the development opportunities of automobile market are discussed respectively by using PEST model and five force analysis models respectively.Dongfeng South Company is facing a better macro environment,the disruptive changes in the car sales industry,as well as the huge stock of cars and the resulting automotive aftermarket market opportunities.Dongfeng South company has a good shareholder resource support,as well as automotive sales in the field of resources and capabilities,but the car sales models to expand resources,customer resources dig deep enough for the automotive market after-sales service capacity Thirdly,on the basis of internal and external environmental analysis,this study suggests that Dongfeng South Company needs "excellent service,happy life" as the mission of "sincere,responsible and innovation" as the core values,and is committed to creating "Shenzhen area Of the car life cycle service providers," from the car sales service providers to the car life cycle service providers transition,the use of specific regional focus on the strategy of differentiation,and actively develop the car sales and maintenance business,car financing leasing business,second-Derivatives and value-added cloud services and other four business.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of Dongfeng South Company’s development strategy,this study puts forward the implementation measures from the aspects of establish strategic management of permanent institutions,adjust the organizational structure,combing the internal process,the implementation of talent strong enterprises,multi-channel to raise funds,build information platform and so on.This study provides some theoretical enlightenment and practical reference for how the automobile sales service enterprises can seek the transformation and development under the background of the purchase and the automobile consumption promotion.
