There are many factors that affect the competitiveness of enterprises,such as the advanced nature of business process,the timeliness of leadership's decision-making,the resource of the enterprise,employees' willingness and ability,but among these factors,organization structure is one of the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.With the deepening of the buyer's market,customers have more and more options.Customer based marketing has become the key for many similar enterprises to compete for high quality customers.Therefore,many enterprises have put forward the "customer-centric" marketing idea,but the implementation is very difficult,no matter from the organization,performance evaluation,organizational culture or actual behavior reflected is still the "enterprise centered" and "technology oriented" or "sales oriented".Dalian Electric Locomotive Company(Dalian Locomotive Electric Branch,DLEB)is in the restructuring period so it is facing severe test,the main problems are: the system mechanism is not perfect,the staff of market awareness,lack of coordination between departments and other issues.The development goal of DLEB company is to realize the customer oriented,we must select and optimize the organization structure of customer oriented development process,the customer orientation and adjustment of organizational structure complement each other,so as to ensure the lasting vitality and competitiveness.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the organizational structure of DLEB company,this study proposes a customer oriented organizational restructuring method to solve the problems faced by the enterprise.Specific contents include:Firstly,the research background and the purpose and significance of the research are expounded,the necessity of the research is illustrated,and then the existing organizational structure and situation of DLEB Company are analyzed.It is found the existing issues in customer structure and customer orientation.There are two means to solve the problem from the organizational structure of the model changes and market segmentation.The core is based on the customer-oriented DLEB to develop the organizational restructuring of the strategic choice and program;Finally,based on customer-oriented organizational restructuring in the implementation of DLEB protection.The main contributions of this paper are as follows: In close connection with DLEB's actual theory and reference to the theory and method of organizational process reengineering,we have made reference to and broke through the traditional enterprise organizational structure reorganization technology and practice,and selected practical cases.For DLEB,The research puts forward a series of safeguards for the details of the reorganization and the details of the restructuring work from the risk control to the MBO aspects of the DLEB-based customer-oriented organizational structure reorganization strategy based on customer orientation.Measures to effectively ensure that the reorganization of the organizational structure of the normal operation.Truly optimize the allocation of enterprise resources,a substantial increase in the per capita labor efficiency,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In conclusion,This research has positive practical value and significance,and provides suggestions for the reorganization and adjustment of the organizational structure of similar enterprises.
