Energy saving and environmental protection have become the consensus of the world,as one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the automobile industry has been included in one of the important industries of energy saving and emission reduction.To promoting the energy saving and the healthy development of the new energy automobile industry,Chinese government learning experience and practice of the United States and European countries on the average fuel consumption of automobile enterprises and the regulations of new energy automobile management and combined with the reality of China's automobile industry,finally,the CAFC and NEV credit management is formulated.This mechanism changing the production and trading mode of the automobile manufacturer,the changes will also be transmitted to the related enterprises in the automobile supply chain.What's more,the automobile supply chain is one of the most complex supply chains,therefore,from the perspective of the automobile supply chain,it is particularly important to decide how to make automobile pricing when facing the CAFC and NEV credit management in the automobile supply chain,including automobile manufacturers,fuel automobile retailers and new energy automobile retailers.At the same time,according to the mechanism,fuel consumption is lower than the standard will produce positive points,otherwise produce negative points,meanwhile,the Chinese government control to the fuel consumption more and more harsher,non conformity automobile brand will be issued to stop making,so automobile manufacturers consider to reduce fuel consumption of the fuel automobile will be very necessary.This paper first analyzes the decision making of all members of the automobile supply chain under without constraints.Next,analyzes the decision of all members under the CAFC and NEV credit management constraints in three cases.In the end,a comparative analysis is made.After comparison we found:(1)The CAFC and NEV credit management reduce the wholesale price of the new energy automobile compared with unconstrained;(2)When the actual fuel consumption is higher than the target value,The CAFC and NEV credit management increase the wholesale price of the fuel automobile compared withunconstrained.When the actual fuel consumption of the fuel automobile is lower than the target value,the relative size of the wholesale price of the fuel automobile relative to the unconstrained condition depends on some parameters,we take the requirement of the new energy automobile integral proportion as an example to give the relative size critical conditions;(3)The relative size of the retail price of the new energy automobile and the fuel automobile relative to the unconstrained condition also depends on some parameters,we also take the requirement of the new energy automobile integral proportion as an example to give the relative size critical conditions.Next,we further considers the situation of reducing fuel consumption of the fuel automobile by the energy saving and emission reduction technology under the CAFC and NEV credit management,and obtains the optimal decision of the supply chain members and do the sensitivity analysis of the manufacturer's optimal emission reduction rate.After compared with no reducing fuel consumption condition,we found:(1)The optimal emission reduction rate of the manufacturer is inversely proportional to the cost reduction coefficient,proportional to the average fuel consumption target value and inversely proportional to the requirement of the new energy automobile integral proportion;(2)Reducing fuel consumption is not change the wholesale price of the new energy automobile,the relative size of the wholesale and retail price of the fuel automobile and the retail price of the new energy automobile relative to no reducing fuel consumption condition depends on some parameters,and we also take the requirement of the new energy automobile integral proportion as an example to give the relative size critical conditions;(3)The profit of the manufacturer after implement of the energy saving and emission reduction measures is not less than the profit of not implement the energy saving and emission reduction measures.Based on the above conclusions,we give some suggestions to the automotive supply chain members and the government.
