To strengthen the management of energy-saving and emission reduction ,which is an important guarantee for the cost-saving and profit-increasing in an enterprise, is not only a effective way to ensure the sustainable and great development and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, but also an important way to adapt to the national management of the increasingly stringent requirements of the rule of law and reflect the Commitment to social responsibility.Dianjiang natural gas purification branch is a natural gas purification plant which has a history of 36 yeas. After repeated expansion and technical renovation, its energy-saving and emission reduction management system has worked up and gradually been standard. The ideas and the way to explore the process of management are of good representative in large-scale state-owned enterprises and play a leading role in energy-saving and emission reduction which is a national policy that Chinese enterprises responded positively. On the base of a clear introduction of energy-saving and emission reduction theories and the macro policies at home and abroad on this branch, this paper discusses the current situation of the energy-saving and emission reduction management in the Dianjiang natural gas purification branch, analyze various problems existed and summarizes effective measures during the current management. In order to optimize the management, by drawing on similar management experience of energy-saving and emission reduction both in domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper will targetly propose in improvement measures for the future management and formulate the regulations and control mechanisms to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation , with a view of internal craft brother's reference.
