Research On The Progress Management Of "BTS" R&D Project Of WSL Company

Project management is a new subject which was developed in medium and later term of the 20 thcentury,it combines plan control theory with management methods.In order to pursue a relatively short objective,project management integrates all kinds of system,resource and staffs effectively,adapts normalized management process,finally finishes project during specified time,budget and quality.But there are many problems existing WSL company BTS R&D project progress management which directly affects the quality and efficiency of the R&D project.The thesis tries to resolves problems that existing WSL company BTS R&D project progress management by using project management theory.The thesis firstly introduces the theory and methodology of project management,including project management process,project management knowledge area,project management theory’s latest development.Secondly,the thesis analyses the status and major problems that existing in the WSL company BTS R&D project progress management,and also analyses the causes of these problem.Thirdly,From two stages of project progress planning management and project progress control management,the thesis puts forward WSL company BTS R&D project progress management countermeasure based on project management theory,and the thesis also puts forward WSL company BTS R&D project progress risk management countermeasure.At last,the thesis sums up some conclusions,shortcomings and further research prospect etc based on this.The thesis puts the theory and methodology of project progress management into the practice of WSL company BTS R&D project progress management.The methods described in the thesis have great reference significance for strengthening the process control of enterprise and improving efficiency of enterprise project progress management.
