Investigation And Study On The Quality Of Life Of Farmers In The Poor Areas Of Datong County

The nineteen Party Congress report pointed out: China's social contradictions have been transformed into "people's increasing need of better life and imbalance between the full development of the contradictions",stick to the development thought of taking people as the center,the fruits of development shared by the people,enhance people's sense of well-being and gain.and the poor people are the most concerned group of the Party Central Committee.This article is based on this background selection research direction,to improve the quality of life of farmers in poor areas is of great significance and far-reaching.The six counties of Datong City are located in the Yanshan Taihang Mountain serial special stricken area,which belong to the key development area of the national poverty alleviation.Datong County is located in Datong,the abdomen,the poor people and the poor selection of moderate,Datong County as the survey objective,can better reflect the rural residents living in poverty area in northern Shanxi,is conducive to further provide scientific basis for improving the quality of life of farmers in poor areas.Through understanding the basic situation of Datong County and the distribution of the poor population,we surveyed 4 sample villages and 80 effective sample households,and obtained the living conditions and satisfaction of the rural residents in the poor areas of Datong County,and qualitatively described them.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to select 5 indicators from the subjective and objective aspects,33 level two indexes,and calculated the quality of life of rural residents in the area of evaluation score is 51.57,belongs to the general level,and can guarantee,at a low level off state.Meanwhile,the factors that affect the quality of life of rural residents are mainly age and health,education and skills,income and expenditure,rural basic conditions,rural social security,rural cultural life,policies and grassroots cadres.expand the channels,increase the income of rural residents;increase the rural public investment,improve the rural infrastructure environment;strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization,enrich the cultural life of the farmers;improve social participation and improve the rural social security system;strengthen the building of grassroots political power,and power of precise poverty.
