Comparison And Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Land Management Efficiency Of Poor Farmers And Ordinary Farmers In Lanxi County

At present,the progress of China's economic development makes the development effect of regional economy particularly remarkable.But at the same time of economic development,the problem of unbalanced development between regions has gradually been exposed.Population,resource and environmental issues within regions have become noteworthy points of attention.Although the economic center of gravity of today's economy is mostly focused on the tide of industrialization and urbanization.Farmland resources are the basis for the survival of the vast number of farmers,but also the basis for the healthy development of society.Effectively enable farmers to maximize the use of farmland resources,but also to ensure food security,so as to avoid the emergence of social crisis necessary means.To solve the problem of farmers ' agricultural land utilization,we can better promote the harmony and stability of social development.In 2020,China's comprehensive realization of a well-off society on the key points,in the whole society to participate in the "Poverty eradication battle",the realization of living difficulties of poor farmers to agricultural land reasonable and effective operation,will be conducive to the sustainable development of poor farmers,for the economic stability of poor farmers to lay a solid foundation,Provide an effective contribution to the successful realization of the next great process for our country to complete its comprehensive poverty eradication task.This paper will analyze the basic characteristics of different types of peasant households,the characteristics of agricultural land utilization and the characteristics of agricultural land input from the 15 townships surveyed in Lanxi County,a state-level poor county,and then select the output of labor force,the area of cultivation,the input capital as the input variable,and select the yield as the output variable,Using the data envelope model(DEA),this paper calculates the agricultural land management efficiency of poor and non-poor farmers,analyzes the differences of agricultural land utilization between the two types of farmers,and on the basis of DEA model analysis,uses the Tobit regression model to select 14 variables to reveal the reasons behind the difference between the two types of farmers ' agricultural land management efficiency.Finally,according to the influencing factors of agricultural land operation efficiency excavated by the research,this paper puts forward some control strategies and policy suggestions on the rational operation and utilization of agricultural land of Lanxi County farmers,especially poor farmers in the study area.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)The study of the overall agricultural management efficiency of the region is not high,the comprehensive management efficiency of non-poor farmers is higher than that of poor farmers;the scale efficiency gap between the two is not big;the pure technology efficiency of non-poor farmers is obviously higher than that of poor farmers,which is the main factor that determines the efficiency of farmers ' farmland The pure technology efficiency of poor farmers is relatively inefficient,and the allocation mode and ability of agricultural production need to be adjusted urgently.(2)There is a phenomenon of excessive investment in land input and capital investment of poor farmers and non-poor farmers.May be due to the allocation of resources,so that land input and land output is not proportional,resulting in relatively excessive land investment,or the investment of resources beyond the capacity of the land.The reason for the redundancy of investment funds is that there are defects in the technology and input allocation of farmers to agricultural land,which leads to the failure of input and output being proportional.The scale efficiency of the two types of farmers is high,the gap is not big,the scale benefit of the two types of farmers increases the number of farmers more,indicating that most farmers operate on a small scale.Financial redundancy is the main reason why farmers are generally pure technology efficiency is not high,and there is obvious redundancy of land input in non-poor households,which indicates that the intensive utilization of non-poor farmers is poor.There is no significant redundancy in labour input between the two types of farmers,possibly due to a general lack of labour input among poor farmers,and therefore no labour redundancy.Because the non-poor farmers have a deep degree of urbanization,there is no excessive allocation of agricultural land labor force.(3)Compared with non-poor farmers,the lack of investment funds for agriculture by poor peasant households,the proportion of female labor force,the physical condition of labor force,the planting area of farmers and the number of family population have a significant impact on the efficiency of agricultural land operation.The cultural level of poor farmers does not have a positive impact on the efficiency of agricultural land management,which is likely to be the limitation of "poverty" itself,and there is a positive correlation between the proportion of elderly workers in poor farmers and the efficiency of agricultural land management,because poor farmers with higher aging experience are more experienced in planting under smaller operating conditions.And the agricultural land will be managed to improve the efficiency of agricultural land management;The greater the efficiency of the two types of farmers ' agricultural land management,the less efficient the poor farmers are because of the limited investment capital and operation level of agricultural land,and the non-poor farmers are caused by the extensive planting mode of the operation mode.The village environment in which the two types of farmers are located has a strong positive effect on the operation efficiency of agricultural land.(4)To improve the efficiency of agricultural land management of poor farmers,we should focus on improving the lack of funds for poor farmers in agricultural operations,the lack of willingness to improve production methods,the single business model and inefficient operation.A series of measures,such as improving the rural agricultural production environment,agricultural production infrastructure,adopting new financial support methods to support poor farmers in order to improve their financial difficulties and production enthusiasm,and promoting the construction and development of rural cooperatives and land custody to change the business model of poor farmers,will be an effective way to change the agricultural management efficiency of poor farmers.
