With the rise of e-commerce,the express logistics industry has achieved rapid development.When the scale of express logistics companies continues to grow,competitive pressures from outside conpanies force companies to continuously improve their internal management levels to cope with the ever-changing market competition.pattern.The location of the logistics center and the scientific ald reasonable level of optimization as an important part of the intermal management capabilities and level of the express logistics company directly affect the level of the company's logistics distribution efficiency,and determine the competition status of the enteiprise service level and service ability in the mairket.The existing logistics center site selection and the corresponding research and practice of the regional distribution of logistics and distribution,the pursuit of economies of scale,tlle lowest cost of transport as the goal,which is inconsistent with the current social user demand-oriented service requirements.The traditional logistics service market has fewer uncertainties affecting the logistics service process.The distance between logistics transportation and time is extremely high.In the curirent express logistics serviee process,the increase of uncertainties has resulted in The distance of service distance has not been able to serve as a research parameter for enterprise optimization services.The study of logistics center location and optimization based on time path improvement in this paper is based on the improvelent of express logistics service efficiency and service quality improvement.The use of tile path improvement rather than transport distance optimization will affect the quality and efficiency of express logistics service.All factors,comprehensive response to service time,can well meet the industry service management characteristics and needs of express logistics companies.This article mainly studies the logistics center's location selection and optimization under the goal of improving logistics service quality and service efficiency.First of all,through analyzing the process of express logistics service,it is found that in the service process,the key indicator that influences the efficiency of logistics service is the service time of logistics delivery,rather than the transportation distance of traditional research objects.Second,taking the time path optimization as the research object,the AP clustering algorithm is improved,and the logistics center location model and the logistics distribution regionalization model based on the time path improvement are constructed.Finally,Python and other experimental tools were used to simulate the logistics center location and regional division process with time-path as paraleters.Through the analysis of experimental data results,the feasibility of the research ideas and methods was verified.The study of time-path instead of transport distance can comprehensively reflect all factors that affect the efficiency of logistics services.The length of service time is the result of the combined effects of various uncertainties.The application of location and optimization to the logistics center based on the time path,on the one hand,promotes the enterprise to comprehensively improve its own internal management capabilities and management efficiency by satisfying the society's goal of pursuing service efficiency and service quality,resulting in great social benefits;On the other hand,through the transformation of research perspectives and replacing transport distances with time paths,new research ideas and methods have been explored,which provide a feasible path for the analysis and application of express logistics big data relying on the time path,which is conducive to the further development of the big data environment.The mode and method of business management.
