Education environment plays a significant role in the Ecological Civilization Education(ECE)regarding to its subject-object relation,contents,approaches as well as its process.Therefore,it should be improved to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of ECE,which calls for correct principles,scientific approaches,comprehensive guarantee systems and unremitting efforts from the society,families and schools to build favorable circumstance.This paper embraces 4 parts which are as follows.Introduction: In this part,it embodies the background information and significance of the research,and summarizes theories from scholars home and abroad in the field of the ECE environment.Approaches and basic ideas are outlined in this section,and it also points out the innovation points and deficiencies of this paper.Chapter 1,A Suitable Environment for ECE.The ECE environment includes all natural and social factors affecting the formation and development of human ecological civilization thoughts,and the implementation of ECE activities.It can be categorized as either a material or spiritual environment in terms of its form,a historical or realistic one regarding its time order,a positively or negatively affecting one concerning its impact,a domestic or international one according to its region,and a macro-or micro-environment in the light of its extent.The educational environment have influences on the subject and object,contents,approaches and the process of ECE,which therefore needs a suitable education environment.Chapter 2,The Premises of ECE Environment Building.To build a sound ECE environment,we should stick to principles of the CPC spirit and of integrating theories with practice.And we should also build favorable ECE macro-and micro-environments through scientific approaches.Besides,guarantee systems should be highlighted,which refer to guarantees of political,economic,cultural and legal systems.Chapter 3,ECE Environment Building.It covers cultivation and development of social,family and campus environments.And social environment building involves construction of the overall social environment,community environment and mass media environment.A family environment has special effects on ECE,thus proper measures should be taken to address the diversified challenges in the current ECE family environment.And the ECE function of campus environment should be emphasized to vigorously build both material and spiritual campus environments of ECE.
