In our country,a large amount of abandoned coal has been soaked in water for a long time,so it is of great significance to research the spontaneous combustion characteristics of the coal.In this thesis,soaked coal as the research object,Based on the theory of ignition activation energy of coal spontaneous combustion,this thesis studies the change of activation energy in the process of oxidation and spontaneous combustion of raw coal and soaked coal,the results show that the activation energy of soaked coal is higher than that of raw coal;the ignition activation of the soaked coal is lower than that of the raw coal,which indicates that the soaked coal is more prone to spontaneous combustion;the activation energy of coal combustion is almost unchanged before and after soaking,which indicates that the soaking process does not affect the combustion stage.The thermal effect of the spontaneous combustion of raw coal and soaked coal was studied by means of thermal analysis.It was found that the change of the relative quantity of heat in the process of coal oxidation spontaneous combustion was delayed.The amount of heat released from the soaked coal is higher than that of the raw coal,it is indicated that the soaking coal is more spontaneous from the point of view of the change of heat.By contrast analysis of the structure of raw coal and soaked coal at the end of the coal sample after dehydration stage using FT-IR and Peakfit,the results show that the amount of ether group and self-associating hydroxyl group increased,and the aromatic substitution moved from low to high after soaking.
