As an important mechanism,band saw machine is widely used in the wood processing industry.However,as the shape of the machining parts becomes more and more complicated,the ordinary band saw machine cannot meet the processing demand,and the numerical control technology can effectively solve this problem by upgrading and reforming the band saw machine.The main purpose of this paper is to design a new type of CNC curve band sawing machine with miraculous surface artificial board.Through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and the field survey of domestic large woodworking machine tools exhibition,this paper has a deep understanding of the development of CNC curve band saw at home and abroad.According to actual processing need,the following way of working is ultimately chosen,which is that the band saw is fixed,band saw a host of work around the edge sharp type vertical rotary oscillation,attachment plate fixed on the fixture along the X axis and Y axis to linear motion with curve processing.According to the actual machining requirements,the final plan is determined as the CNC three wheeled curve band saw with internal sliding table.Determine the design scheme of the machine and the related technical parameters.Use three-dimensional graphics software to draw a 3d model of each part of the CNC curve band saw and assemble them together in order to make the basic preparation for the analysis and research of the CNC curve band saw.Finite element analysis was carried out on frame of the numerical control curve band sawing machine.During the statics analysis on the main frame by ANSYS,the corresponding stress and displacement nephogram analysis found that the main frame stiffness is insufficient.Therefore the main frame design was improved.Then a new statics analysis was carried out to get new stress and displacement nephogram,the result conformed that the design met the requirements of the strength and rigidity;Then through the analysis of the natural frequency and vibration mode of the whole frame of the CNC curve band saw machine,the vibration stability of the numerical control curve band saw is determined.The geometrical parameters and layout methods of the saw wheel are analyzed and the boundary conditions of the parameters are established.The calculation results are obtained by Matlab to determine the limit value of the parameters and then choose the optimal one.After series of analysis and calculation,the rationality of the structured design of the CNC curve band saw is guaranteed,and the electric control system of the CNC curve band saw is designed.This design uses the PLC control system.Firstly determine control system scheme and then analyze the electrical action sequence of the numerical control curve of the band sawing machine,complete control system resources,design electrical schematic drawing of CNC curve band sawing machine.Finally design and analyze PLC control program,PLC touch screen.This design is a professional setting of curve sawing.By changing the layout of existing CNC curve band sawing machine workbench,the processing range of band sawing machine is improved and the structure of band sawing machine or numerical control curve becomes more compact,The control accuracy is improved with the use of rotating gear saw blade guide system.A new idea and scheme for the design of CNC curved band saw are provided by the three wheeled saw CNC curve band saw with internal sliding table.
