| In recent years,the rapid economic development of natural rubber(Nature Rubber NR)is widely used in the fields of national defense,space,transportation,architecture,medical and other fields with the advantages of low cost and excellent performance.China has a high dependence on the use of NR.Due to the harsh growth conditions of the trifoliate rubber tree,the self-sufficiency rate of NR in China is less than 20%,and the dependence of the foreign country is more than 80%,which has a negative impact on our country’s future defense and military industry and other related industries.Therefore,the development of second natural rubber has become an effective way to make up for the shortage of natural rubber in China.Taraxacum koksaghyz TKS(dandelion rubber),Eucommia rubber(Eucommia ulmoides gum EUG)two natural rubber and other two natural rubber have already entered the extensive research stage.At present,the domestic research on TKS is in the primary stage of the whole industrial research.Most of the research focuses on the editing and regulation of gene transformation,the planting of TKS,the breeding of seedlings and so on,and the research of the downstream industries such as extraction and application has not been carried out.The content detection and extraction of dandelion rubber is studied in this paper,which are divided into three parts,which are the component content detection of TKS rubber grass,the green extraction technology of TKS rubber,the downstream application technology of TKS rubber and the formulation design and Performance Research of the full steel load tread rubber in winter.1.The section of TKS was observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM)to study the distribution and state of rubber in it.Lignin and holoclean cellulose accounted for about 40%of the total content of TKS.A method of measuring the content of trans rubber with variable temperature infrared method was established,and the results were compared with the results of Soxhlet extraction,and the relative errors of all the samples were within 5%.2.On the green extraction technology of TKS,the best process conditions for solvent extraction are as follows:solvent toluene,soluble material ratio 20:1,extraction time 3h,and solvent extraction of rubber to 98%.The main principle is that the rubber density is less than water,the main principle is that the rubber density is less than water,the TKS is floating in the water,and the other non glue components of TKS sink into the bottom of the water,thus the separation is achieved.In this paper,the extraction process of water base method is determined as four parts,which are pre treatment stage,strong shear agitation,ball grinding grinding and centrifugal separation.The optimum process conditions of each part are determined,and the overall extraction process is adjusted.The purity of the extracted TKS rubber can reach 91.4%at present.Through the conclusion of the first part,lignin and fully mechanized cellulose are the main impurities in the process of glue extraction.Therefore,the process of acid alkali extraction is also studied.The root bark and root flesh of TKS root are separated from the root core,and the process of separating the glue by the mass fraction of 4%dilute sulfuric acid and 3%dilute potassium hydroxide solution is established.The optimum process conditions are determined.The purity of rubber obtained by acid-base method can reach 94%,and effectively control the content of holicellulose and lignin in the system.3.The characterization and comparison of the structure and performance of the rubber products and NR obtained from the above four kinds of rubber extraction methods showed that the results of infrared,nuclear magnetic resonance,XPS,DSC,and TGA showed that there was no obvious difference between the four groups of products and NR.The blend of TKS,NR,TKS and EUG and isoamyl(Isoamyl rubber IR)were mixed with cisin(Polybutadiene rubber BR)and styrene butadiene rubber(Butadiene styrene)respectively as the base material.It shows that there is no significant difference between the four groups of glue,indicating that the green extracted TKS rubber is the same as NR,and can replace NR in a certain extent. |
