With the ever-increasing demand for seven to eight mature chestnuts in overseas markets,the problem of removing chestnuts from tender chestnuts has become apparent.Due to the problems of low net stripping rate,high breakage rate,poor adaptability,etc.,in the existing chestnut tea-breaking machine in the market,the Chinese chestnut industry consumes a lot of economic and labor force.Through three years of gradual design and research,this article successfully trialed a machine for the use of seven to eight mature chestnuts.The main content of the paper is as follows:(1)A detailed understanding of the physical characteristics of tender chestnuts,including: physical structure,size,shape,etc.,provides accurate data for the tender chestnuts.(2)Designed and trial-produced two tender chestnut tea-breaking test benches(rubbing-type test benches,extrusion-tearing test benches).Through trial and error,it was determined that the tea-pulling principle of first extruding and tearing and then rubbing.(3)The overall mechanical structure of the tender chestnut splitting machine was designed,including: the design of the key components,the design of the drive system,the design of the fence and the selection of the motor.(4)The Proe software was used to draw the virtual prototype of the tender chestnut machine.The ANSYS software was also used to simulate the removal process of the tender Chestnut.The results of the simulation showed that the principle of extrusion and tearing of the chestnut was firstly feasible.Finally,strength checks were performed on the key parts.(5)Completed the pilot production of the tender chestnut demolding machine prototype.Through the combination of single-factor test and orthogonal test,the key factors affecting the removal of tender chestnut were found.Through analysis of variance and marginal means estimation of the experiment,the optimal factors and level combinations for the tender chestnuts were provided.The novel structure of the chestnut tea-breaking machine designed in this paper is novel,combining two different types of tea-pulling principle,which effectively increases the peeling rate of the tea-pulling machine and reduces the damage rate.Of course,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the machine for the development of the tender chestnuts in this paper that need to be resolved and optimized.
