With the development of society and economy,the demand of oil and gas is increasing.It is getting more difficult to exploit oil and gas due to the limitation of geology and well depth.At this point,fracturing technology come into being to improve the efficiency of exploitation.Foreign companies master the core technology of fracturing truck transmission,which can be seen as the main part of fracturing,so domestic firms have to export.Therefore,self-development has a significant impact in breaking technology barrier,declining costs,and promoting the prosperity of the whole oil-gas industry.Transmission system of series 2500 fracturing truck is researched and designed in this dissertation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Design of transmission scheme and structure.Total ration and shits of transmission are calculated according to the working conditions,based on which define the transmission scheme including planetary gear train and fixed-axis gear train.Then,the total ration is assigned to each stage,in the process of this,constraint condition and variables are taken into account.With the help of software,structure design is completed.Finally,the main parts including clutches and shafts are built,based on which the 3D model of transmission system is finished.(2)Dynamic analysis.The transmission planetary gear train is regarded as the research object and then imports its 3D model to ADAMS.The material,properties are defined,the constraints and loads are imposed on the model,and the dynamic model is completed in ADAMS.The speed,meshing force,period,and frequency of transmission are extracted after implementing the dynamic simulation.The facts indicates that there is only small error between theoretical calculation and simulation study after comparing these two results,which not only proves the design transmission is able to meet the demand of kinematics and dynamics,but paves the path for following load distribution balance and modification.(3)Load distribution balance design.Load distribution imbalance of planets should be thoroughly taken into account in the process of designing planetary gear train of transmission.The sun gear is floated through gear coupling to reach load distribution balance in this dissertation.First,the structure parameter is designed and then gets it used in the planetary gear train.Next,the meshing force curves before and after loading were extracted,and the non-uniformity coefficients before and after load are compared.(4)Gear modification of planetary gear train.Gear modification is a good way to decrease load change suddenly,make load distribution more balance,decline vibration,and improve the life of gear.This paper firstly introduces the gear modification including profile modification and tooth trace modification.Then,the profile modification of series 2500 fracturing truck transmission is employed.The transmission error and the distribution of tooth load are extracted,which can be employed to evaluate whether the profile modification is good or not.
