Recent years,the abnormal changes in the global climate have rounded the alarm clock for us,extreme weather has a profound impact on the production and life of human beings.The increase of greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere is an important reason for the warming of the earth's climate,related research suggests that land use change has become the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions second only to fossil fuels.Under the international background of America's withdrawal from the Paris agreement and the reaffirming of China's responsibility for climate change,it is of great significance to study the carbon effect and low carbon optimization of land use.This paper starts with the theory of carbon emission from land use,based on the data of land use change and socioeconomic data in Shaanxi Province,measure the carbon emissions of land use in Shaanxi province;study on the carbon emission intensity of land use in Shaanxi,analysis of the influence factors of carbon emission by Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index factor decomposition method,application of decoupling theory to explore the relationship between carbon emission and economic growth in land use,environmental Kuznets curve for verification of carbon emissions;low carbon optimization of land use structure in Shaanxi province by linear programming model and put forward some corresponding optimization measures.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)From 1996 to 2015,the total amount of land use carbon emissions in Shaanxi increased by nearly 3 times in 20 years,the construction land is the most important carbon source,and the woodland is the most important carbon sink.Xi'an and Yulin in the province have the highest carbon emissions,and the lowest in Shangluo.The carbon emission of land use in Shaanxi is at the middle level in the country.(2)Economic development,land use structure and population size play a role in promoting the growth of carbon emissions from land use in Shaanxi,and the efficiency of land use will inhibit the growth of carbon emissions.The decoupling characteristics between carbon emission and economic growth in Shaanxi province are mainly shown as weak decoupling,and some areas in Guanzhong and Northern Shaanxi have begun to show strong decoupling,and the strong decoupling in southern Shaanxi is still a period of time.(3)The relationship between land use carbon emissions per capita,per capita energy consumption carbon emissions and per capita GDP in Shaanxi is in line with the inverted "U" feature of the environmental Kuznets curve,and there is an inflection point of carbon emission growth.(4)Using the linear programming model to optimize the land use structure in 2020,the land use carbon emissions can be effectively reduced from two aspects: increasing the area of woodland and expanding the construction land.In addition,upgrading the level of intensive land use and improving the efficiency of energy use can promote carbon emission reduction.
