With the national comprehensive deepening of reform,society is undergoing significant changes,especially the pace of urbanization continues to accelerate economic restructuring and upgrading intensified,has brought many new challenges to the work of safety,put forward higher requirements.The current serious accidents especially in high-risk industry safety accident prone showing momentum,very serious harm to society,fully exposed some of the problems of work safety supervision system of our country,the urgent need for reform and innovation,and constantly improve and perfect.This article from the basic theory of work safety supervision,based on the review of the national work safety supervision system,analyzes some problems in supervision system,both comprehensive supervision department and supervision department for Industry responsibilities is not clear,and lack of corporate responsibility,and professional quality supervision personnel is not strong and safety laws and regulations are not perfect and other reasons,in order to solve the problem of institutional mechanisms,this paper on the basis of the successful experience of developed countries,by comprehensive using PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method.through the analysis of typical cases,access to professional literature and other means,respectively from the improvement of work safety laws and regulations,administrative reform and adjustment The government supervision system,strengthen the application of technology in the supervision and service force to participate in the safety aspects of the proposed measures,the government supervision of work safety and industry and enterprise autonomy and social supervision of organic docking,promoting the regulatory system and mechanism to adapt to the needs of economic and social development and improving the effectiveness of safety supervision.
