With the progress of the society and the growth of the economy,the volume of port trade is increasing,and the traditional transportation equipment can no longer meet the actual needs.This paper,referring to the foreign documents of the scraper conveyor and the test platform of coal mining machine in Hunan Wantong Technology and Technology Corporation,designed a test platform of MK-tybe vertical en mass conveyor,which is used to test the velocity of particles,Conveyor efficiency,the tension of the chain in the speed of different scraper and the type of different scrapers.In response to these issues,the following work has been done:Using the bulk mechanics to analyze the force between the bulk material and the wall surface,the lateral pressure coefficient is obtained.By analyzing the limit equilibrium conditions of the material slip,the slip angle of the slip surface is obtained.The storage theory was applied to the vertical the en mass conveyor applied to the vertical the en mass conveyor.The vertical pressure P_z of the inner material column II and the lateral pressure P_x of the outer material column of the vertical the en mass conveyor were calculated.Taking the MK type vertical the en mass conveyor as the research object,the problems of the interaction between the material and the vertical the en mass conveyor and the tension of the scraper chain were analyzed theoretically by using the bulk mechanics method.By simulating MK-tybe vertical en mass conveyor,on the one hand,the relationship between scraper type and the material speed,conveying efficiency,scraper force was obtained,on the other hand,the relationship between the scraper speed and the material speed,conveying efficiency,scraper force was obtained.The main components of MK-tybe vertical en mass conveyor are designed,and a chain tension test system,a delivery volume test system and a chain speed test system were designed.
