| Heat treatment is a major procedure in the process of metallurgical production,and its accurate control of temperature plays a decisive role in the quality and the service life of industrial products.At present,Chinese informationalized and automatic level of heat treatment are relatively lower,therefore,it is very necessary to develop the heat treatment control system with high level of automation and perfect management function.This subject comes from an enterprise’s heat treatment engineering renovation project.The enterprise requires to improve the temperature control precision,increase the number of the temperature control curves(to narrow the process parameters of different artifacts)and strengthen the security measures of the process parameters so as to further improve the quality of artifacts(products)and protect enterprises’ intellectual property.Based on requirements analysis,the implementation plan of DCS is put forward.The control layer adopts field intelligent measure and control module and dispersedly complete the collection of furnace temperature and the control of multi-segment curves.The bi-wiring circuit diagram and the control program of the intelligent measure and control module SHCAN6102 are designed.The monitor layer takes FIX(configuration software)as the development platform and realizes the editing of process(temperature control curve)file,the selection and the bottoms of process code,temperature real-time curve,historical curve and reports and other functions.The user right jurisdiction management enables the operator only to get access to the process code and the manager to watch and edit the corresponding temperature control curves to the process code,further protecting the intellectual property.Through simulative debugging and site debugging,this system has been successfully applied in enterprises and fully satisfied enterprises’ control needs. |
