| In recent years,the pharmaceutical industry has a rapid development,but assessment on VOCs pollution control technology of the typical pharmaceutical industry is still not consummate,and the study on the kinds of VOCs and characteristics of pollution concentration distribution of the industry is rare in our country.The purpose of this study is to establish a set of pollution control technology assessment system of VOCs and the stench discharged by typical pharmaceuticals,and provides a reference for the research of VOCs and the stench control policy of this industry.This study establishes the typical pharmaceutical industry VOCs and stench pollution control technology assessment model based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy synthetic method.Determine the weight value of each index through contrasting the importance among the index,then establishing the membership function of each index by using fuzzy mathematics theory to to achieve the quantitative indicators.Thus,the study realized the quantitative target.And finally,combinating the index weight value with the subordinate function values and ultimately come up with the appraisal results.1)Based on the generous investigation about the typical pharmaceutical industry waste gas treatment technology and VOCs and stench gas processing technology,using analytic hierarchy process,established pollution control technology evaluation index system of pharmaceutical industry VOCs and stench gas.The judgment also stand on the technical,economic,social and environmental safety point.Every index experience importance contrast one by one,after the expert scoring,established judgment matrix.Calculate the characteristics of the root of judgment matrix by using matlab,then get the weight of the index layer,at last determine the weight value through combining with the weight of single layer.2)Set up membership function,based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the characteristics of the 22 evaluation index,actualize the 22 evaluation index of quantitative’Experts functions can balance deviation of judgement of the experts.The membership function can balance the deviation.3)Each index of fuzziness are determined for the purpose by using calculate weight value and the subordinate function value through the mathematical model.4)Integrate information of the evaluation model,and compile software of "typical pharmaceutical industry VOCs and stench pollution control technology assessment" by c#.It will assess the pollution control technology of pharmaceutical industry VOCs and stench mainly from four aspects:economic and social benefits,environmental security,technology,and the results have four grades and a total result.The software can query:the laws and regulations at pollution control of VOCs and the stench in the pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad;The monitoring method,instruments,gist on each VOCs and stench;The characteristics,crafts,scope of the mature technology;physical and chemical properties,toxicity,standard of the common VOCs and stench from pharmaceutical industry waste gas;health risk assessment of VOCs and stench. |
