China has established the development strategy of "taking economic construction as the center" since China's reform and opening up,so that economic growth is very fast. Its total economic output has surpassed Japan and came second in the world until now.China's economic development mode drew the attention of international and domestic social from all walks of life, however, rapid economic growth with increasing of energy consumption and pollution emissions, these problems will make China facing with more pressure, including energy supply, ecological environmental protection, and the international public opinion pressure, its became more prominent. In the past 30 years,China insists always on the opening to the outside world,a series of policies and measures to encourage the development of trade and attract foreign investment.Of the rapid expansion of the trade as an important driver of China's rapid economic growth, clearly,China's resources and environment problems can also be related to China's trade to a great degree. And the relationship between them is also became growing attention by the social from all walks of life in recent years.Related literature is on the increase, both for specific environmental survey report of events, also have on trade and environment correlation theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The biggest concern how much the China's trade act on its energy resources consumption, the increase in carbon emissions, environmental pollution ? The international community pay more attention to this question. The solution of the problem not only helps people understand the environmental impact of trade and to provide reference for related research, but also provide the reference and basis for policy makers to develop targeted trade policy, energy policy and environmental policy. The core content of this paper is to explore the relationship between China's export trade and carbon emissions. The main research is based on the theory of mechanism of export trade carbon emissions, including ways to trade impact on carbon emissions. Here, this paper expounds the scale effect, structure effect, configuration, effect and so on,and other economic explanations, for example,Environmental Kuznets curve theory,"pollution haven hypothesis",according to the current situation of export trade, energy consumption andcarbon emissions.Through empirical analysis method, emphatically studies the relation between the two,to make the empirical results more persuasive,in addition to carbon emissions and export trade dependency two variables in the econometric model, especially the introduction of average wages of staff and workers, the change of economic structure and energy technology change of three other variables that may affect China's carbon emissions. At the same time,we use the primary energy consumption to measure carbon emissions.Regression results show that the expansion of China's export trade is one of the important factors in the carbon emissions increase,long-term is uncertain. Finally, this article gives feasible suggestions according to China's national conditions and the present situation of the economy, including the control of external demand growth, fostering new competitive advantages, develop new markets, promote industrial technology innovation, and energetically develop service trade.
