In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to "accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China." Under this background, the green economy and low-carbon trade will be used as a guide to cultivate new forms and new models of foreign trade.China is occupying a new round of trade in the world. The key to the commanding heights of competition.Since joining the WTO,exports have played an extremely important role in promoting China's growth into the world's second largest economy. However,China's relying on extensive exports to promote rapid economic development has also paid a huge environmental cost, seriously hampering China.Economic sustainability and high quality development. In addition,China's vast territory, the huge differences in resource endowments in different regions have brought about differences in the level of export industry structure and energy consumption demand, which in turn has caused the problem of “unbalanced and inadequate” carbon emissions from export trade. The regional differences in carbon emissions from export trade should not only be reflected in their absolute emissions, but also in their compatibility with the economy, population and technology, thus effectively addressing resource-based development and strengthening of ecosystems in some regions. There is a contradiction between environmental protection. Some regions only take advantage of the comparative advantages of regional exports and miss the contradiction between the development opportunities brought about by the conversion of new and old kinetic energy. Therefore, the research on carbon emissions from export trade is deeply analyzed at the level of regional differences. The reasons for the spatial and temporal evolution of the differences in carbon emissions from China's regional export trade and the reasons for the above regional differences are China's promotion of foreign trade's multi-balanced sustainable development and modernization. The real problem that the economic system needs to solve urgently. This paper estimates the carbon emissions of export trade in eight regions of China, and on this basis, based on the Theil index and the Dagum Gini coefficient, the differences in carbon emissions from regional export trade in China are studied. The study found that the carbon emissions of China's export trade generally showed an increasing trend;the average carbon emissions of export trade were from the southern coastal areas, the eastern coastal areas, the northern coastal areas, the northeastern regions, the central regions, the Beijing-Tianjin region, the northwest region, and Southwest Region. At the same time, the China-Termin index T(G)with GDP as the weight shows the trend of “down-up-down-up”;the population-weighted Tyre index T(P)shows the trend of “down-up” The Taier Index T(R),which is weighted by R&D expenditure, shows a trend of “stable first and then declines”;the Dagum Gini coefficient G is in a state of “disparity in disparity”,and the overall carbon emissions of China's regional export trade are quite different. In addition, whether under the three weights of the Theil index or the Dagum Gini coefficient, the total difference in carbon emissions from regional export trade in China is mainly due to regional differences.
