The petroleum industry is an very important part for the country's economic construction.Great many type in petrochemical industry company project planning and investment of up to tens of millions every year.However,the company's project management still stays in a backward level.Most of the management operations are conducted manually,which makes it very difficult to achieve information sharing and meet the increasingly complex needs of project management.At present,some petroleum companies have developed their own project management system,most of these systems can provide network-based online project management services.In order to achieve a wider sharing of information,these systems usually does not perform well on access control,which is a big risk;Also these systems usually isolate the online project management and the offline manual management,which makes it hard to achieve information synchronization for all the users,it is a huge risks for project monitoring and evaluation.Based on the actual demands of project management,In the specific project as an example of liaohe oilfield company.This paper designed and implemented a petroleum project management system.The system focuses on solving the above-mentioned problems and avoid a variety of potential risks in project management,such as access control for special users,keep the resource on step both for online and outline.The system is developed based on Nodejs,OA and MySQL with modular design,and it is both convenient,flexible and safety,In addition,the system is based on the analysis of the existing system renovation project evaluation process,compared with the traditional evaluation of single project management and system adopts the phases of the project evaluation and combination of overall project evaluation,with the help of a visual assessment score,more objective and more accurate to evaluate the actual progress of the project,which can effectively improve the company's internal project management efficiency,improve project overall progress,optimize the project management and review process.In one word,the system we developed can directly improve the company's efficiency.
