| In the mine production process,the ventilation system is an important part of the entire mine system,played to transport fresh air,the discharge of toxic and harmful gases and dust,and it is is an important part to ensure safe production.The mine ventilation monitoring system is also an important part of the mine ventilation system.By monitoring the wind speed,dust concentration,toxic and harmful gases and other information in all regions of the mine,it is an important protectionto promote sustainable development of the mine and improve the safety of underground operations.In this thesis,a set of ventilation monitoring system is designed according to the operating environment and ventilation status of a certain underground iron mine with the ventilation method of the multistage fan station.By detecting the job site ventilation parameters,ventilation monitoring system can not only guarantee the stability and safety of underground ventilation,but also can adjust the air supply quantity based on the air flow demand of the job site,so as to avoid the waste caused by over-ventilation and achieve the purpose of energy saving.So it has a certain practical significance.The ventilation monitoring system designed in this thesis is divided into field layer,network communication layer and application layer.The field layer is mainly responsible for the acquisition and uploads site monitoring parameters,and has the function of air volume closed-loop control.It uses a self-developed controller based on C8051F120,connected to the frequency inverters to collect fan operation information and control the frequencyinverters to adjust the fan running status.It uses the A/D converter circuit of the main controller to connect to the various types of sensors to collect on-site ventilation information.The network communication layer is mainly responsible for the data communication of the whole system by using the W5500 chip of the controller for Ethernet communication with the monitoring terminal and the communication protocol is designed.The transmission path is very long and mainly useing the optical fiber medium,therefore the transmission has two photoelectric conversions.The application layer is mainly responsible for the display of monitoring data and calculation for the amount of ventilation according to the number of people on sites and the total power of running diesel equipment.Based on VB 6.0 software platform,combined with database technology,it can query the real-time andthe historical data,and it can comprehensively analyze the site ventilation effect.It can monitor the operating status of the fans and will prompt the scene of abnormal ventilation,the operation failure of fans and so on.For the fan air volume control,the fuzzy PID control strategy is used by the controller in the field level.In this thesis,the selection reason and control effect of the strategy are explained and simulated andthe effectiveness of the control strategy is verified.The significance of ventilation on demand is explained for energy saving and production cost reduction. |
