Oily wastewater is the main source of petroleum industry,metal processing industry and the food industry,which the characteristics of oily wastewater in metal processing industry is higher oil content,suspended solids,through precipitation,flocculation,in addition to oil facilities and other multi-channel processes to achieve water quality standards,is difficult.The efficiency of oily sewage treatment will directly affect the operation of environmental protection and subsequent water treatment equipment,especially the reverse osmosis membrane device of desalination equipment.This thesis discusses the control system of 1580 hot rolling oil wastewater treatment facilities,and makes a detailed research on the hardware and software structure of the whole control system and the realization of the configuration picture.The core controller uses the SIEMENS PLC S7-300,the realization procedure and each parameter setting.The upper system uses WinCC6.0 configuration software to complete the monitoring and control of the entire control system,so that the duty worker can monitor the running state and parameters of the equipment of oil wastewater treatment station well.In this thesis,the pressure control of the air floating device in the oil wastewater treatment facility is deeply studied.The flotation device is the key link in the treatment of oily wastewater.The stability of the air bearing pressure determines the effect of the oil removal.Original design air pressure with traditional PID control,due to the pressure control with load change and disturbance factors influence,the characteristic parameters can be easily changed.Therefore,this thesis puts forward using fuzzy PID controller to realize the accurate control of air pressure,not only to retain the stability and robustness of the PID control,and introduces the fuzzy control dynamic performance,intelligent and strong features.Finally through the MATLAB software of the fuzzy PID control algorithm is simulated and analyzed,by comparing the curve with the traditional PID control,to verify that the design method can improve the system dynamic response and steady state performance,effectively reduce the pressure fluctuations,it is reasonable and effective.
