Study On The Management Mode Of Virtual Team In Hot-rolling Development Project Of Baosteel

With the technology development of information and communication in recent years,the communication efficiency and convenience has been greatly improved.In order to connect regional organizations and join the internationalization of the global business competition,virtual organizations are created.Regard to the mode of virtual teams,Baosteel that has implemented for many years in within enterprises for better to carry out global business,however,hasn't conducted systematic and comprehensive study.The virtual project team has faced many problems need to be solved in daily administration.In order to support business development,Baosteel has to consider its own team management and environment of enterprise development,and improve the virtual team management to enhance the team's organizational capabilities.This article studied the development project of hot rolling based on the actual situation of Baosteel.The main contents are as follows:(1)For further analyzing the problems that the company of Baosteel has been facing and establishing the theoretical basis for developing the improvement strategies,on account of the specific goals,the research statues in domestic and overseas about virtual team management are expounded and the characteristics,management mode,management process,and common methods of daily management are introduced.(2)We adopt the scientific methods based on four important aspects are organization structure,communication efficiency,team culture and performance assessment.This paper has figured out the questions in recent and make a further study,on the basis of analyses the current situation of the management mode of virtual team in Baosteel.(3)The paper has built and proposed the projects about development of the organizational structure transformation,enhance communication efficiency,team culture construction and team performance improvement,by consulting books,journals and academic dissertations,as well as combined with the author's working experience and enterprises at home and abroad advanced management experience and theory.Aiming at conquering the core problems and guaranteeing measures,the paper proves the feasibility of optimization program from both theoretical and practical.This paper puts forward an effective optimization strategy for the management of the virtual project team in Baosteel,which provides scientific basis and guidance for the management and operation in the future,by studying the construction and management mode of Baosteel's virtual project team,based on the current situation of enterprises,and combined the advanced theory with management experience from domestic and international.
