Project management includes the management of project schedule,quality and cost of the project three.Project management is the project control,project control plays a vital role in the whole project,the reasonable control of project schedule,will not only save the project cost,but also improve the quality of construction projects.Therefore,the research of project schedule control is an important branch of project management,which has high feasibility and considerable economic value.The project schedule control,as the main content of the project management,is directly related to the economic interests and the competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry.This paper combine with the strong coal preparation plant project,through the analysis of the project progress control in coal preparation plant in the process of implementation problems in the strong construction of coal mine coal preparation plant construction project progress control research.This paper first introduces the large coal preparation plant project background,this paper introduces the implementation schedule.Then we put forward the progress control,and analyzes the causes of the problem,according to the deviation of Daqiang Coal Mine Separating Plant new project,the project schedule control theory used in the Gantt chart,S curve analysis method and earned value analysis method,find out the existing large coal preparation plant project the progress in the implementation of the plan;to solve these problems using the method of shortening construction period and adjust the supply of resources to rectify.At the same time,the deficiencies in the project plan are improved,and the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project of the coal preparation plant are carried out according to the plan.The analysis of concrete problems aiming at the engineering process management and puts forward corresponding solving measures,provide an important basis for the smooth progress of the project,and has certain reference significance to the construction of such projects.
