Wuhan chemical industry park was chosen for the research object,the research time is 2015-2017,the investigation on the area of its natural environment,social environment characteristics and nine hazardous waste enterprises have be done,by visiting site,filling out the form and collecting the data,we had a certain understanding on the environment and hazardous waste status.On the basis of the investigation results,the author makes some analysis on the production,disposition and standardization management of hazardous waste in Wuhan chemical industry park.Based on the regional characteristics.Using the index system of hazardous waste standardization management system of report and registration of various enterprises,the classification of the source system,transfer system of indicators of standardization management success rate is analyzed,and points out that target specific performance and requirements of the standard or not.Combined with regional characteristics and research results,the risk assessment index system of wuhan chemical industry zone was established by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp).Instance analyses the risky companies and waste transport link of environmental risk,and by this article builds the evaluation index system of risk degree of comparison,finally put forward to strengthen the standardized management of hazardous waste and reduce the environmental risk of relevant Suggestions and measures.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are 7 industrial hazardous waste generating units and 2 hazardous waste disposal enterprises in the area.Among them,the industries with the largest amount of hazardous waste are concentrated pollution control industry,followed by hazardous waste treatment and disposal industry,petrochemical industry and chemical industry.Waste production in the top 5 in the order HW18(incineration disposal of residue),HW49)(the rest of the trash,HW08(waste mineral oil and mineral oil waste),HW13(organic waste)resin,HW11(pure steam distillation residue).The storage rate and disposal rate of seven industrial hazardous wastes producing units were 0.26% and 99.83%(2015),4.44% and 95.79%(2016)respectively.A total of 6,677 tons(in 2015)and 7,898 tons(in 2016)were disposed and disposed of by two hazardous waste collection and disposal units.(2)The area of 9 companies 3 companies waste standardization management for standard(full score 60 points,more than 50 points),the other as the basic standard(full score 60,more than 40 points),the standard good indicator is source classification system,responsibility system for the prevention and control of environmental pollution,etc.,and in the identification,storage facilities,business training,management,planning system aspects such as the success rate is only 57.1%.(3)This article build risk evaluation index system of evaluation of wuhan chemical industry area contains the target layer,criterion layer and index layer three levels,the rule layer including substances hazardous factors,the production technology and equipment,waste facilities,environmental management,environmental hazards factors,index layer includes physical and chemical properties,environmental exposure,the toxicology,the equipment maintenance frequency of 16 indicators,of each index weight all comply with the consistency check.(4)Using the linear risk scoring method and the index risk scoring method,it is concluded that enterprise H is at a very high risk level,which is the key point of supervision.Use empirical formula for the calculation of typical enterprise H value at risk,and their results through comparing the index system of risk value,found that both have high similarity,thus this paper builds the evaluation index system has a certain credibility;An example is given to analyze the environmental risk in the process of H hazardous waste transportation of an enterprise.It is found that the risk value of two different routes is different,and the risk value of each route is related to the water environment of the route.(5)Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the waste concrete risk control measures in the transport,storage and other links,and strengthen the comprehensive utilization of waste,and speeding up the construction of hazardous waste disposal facilities and increase the penalties,speed up the waste of the guidance document preparation,such as the hazardous waste management advice.
