Post-State Founding Planned Economy's Promotion To Yangzhou Jade Ware Technology's Development

After 1949,the state began to implement economic reforms and gradually shifted to a highly centralized and unified management of the planned economic system.At the same time,the social transformation of the rival industry changed the original individual workshop model of the jade industry and made it to the collective economy.With the modern light industry moving forward,the craft of Yangzhou jade has achieved unprecedented development in this context.Based on the theme of the planned economic system for the development of Yangzhou jade crafts,this paper is divided into “the development of Yangzhou jade industry under the planned economic system”,“the promotion of large-scale production of Yangzhou jade crafts”,and “centralized creation of Yangzhou jade crafts”.The four chapters of "Promoting" and "Organizational Training of Yangzhou Jade Crafts" are discussed.The first chapter is divided into two periods: cooperation and jade factory.It outlines the development history of Yangzhou jade industry under the planned economic system.The second chapter analyzes the development of Yangzhou jade crafts under the planned economic system,including the rational division of labor,unified process standards and scientific process transformation.In the third chapter,from the two aspects of design talent concentration and production talent concentration,the design and production of high,fine and sharp jade articles under the planned economic system are discussed to promote the development of Yangzhou jade craft.The fourth chapter discusses the promotion of the development of Yangzhou jade crafts by the organization of employee training under the planned economic system from the perspective of diversified employee training and employee training results transformation.
